WorldGate records daily client visits, customer details, discussion notes, feedback, outcomes, follow-up tasks and shipment assignments. Authorized administrators and managers can view company visit records; salespeople use their assigned customer lists and a shared shipment register visible to every signed-in user. Only administrators and managers can delete shipments.

The current Android release does not collect GPS locations or track working hours, check-in/out times or visit durations. The dashboard has no map or activity timeline. Older records remain stored, and older installed app versions can still upload pending records. Update all phones to stop new location collection by older versions. Follow-up reminders can retain an appointment time chosen by the user.

Technical record timestamps support offline synchronization, record ordering and Riyadh visit dates; they are not attendance or duration reports. Offline records remain on the device until upload succeeds. Signing out or changing company connection requires pending records to be synced.

Zoho Books integration uses company-managed server credentials. OAuth secrets are not included in the APK. Carrier tracking feeds are not connected.

This is a pilot privacy policy template. The operating company must supply its privacy contact, retention period, request/deletion process and hosting details before rollout. Submitted records remain until an authorized server administrator removes them. Use company-approved access controls, HTTPS and secured backups.
